    Report an insured event from non-life insurance:

    • by telephone toll-free at 800 100 777
    • online by means of the web application
    • in writing by means of the attached form

    Method

    1. secure the damaged thing, vehicle or property to avoid any:
      • damage to your health
      • damage to the health of a third party
      • damage to the environment
    2. secure the damaged thing to prevent further increase of the damage
    3. report the damage to the Police if caused by an illegal act
    4. report the damage to the fire station if a fire has started
    5. report the insured event to the insurance company without any delay

    Claim settlement

    1. submit the necessary data to the insurance company and keep the assigned insured event number
    2. fill in the in-detail report of insured event in it entirety
    3. wait for the registration letter from the insurance company
    4. print out two copies of the report of an insured event – keep one, send the other one to the insurance company’s address along with the requested documents

    Report

    Report an insured event from life insurance ideally:

    • by means of the attached forms
    • attach the documents (or copies thereof) as required
    • or, possibly, attach other documents in relation to the relevant insured event
