The KBC Group is the second largest Belgian financial group. Although it is present in 29 countries around the world, it concentrates most of its activities in Western and Central Europe. Thanks to its acquisitions in the CR, SR, Hungary, Poland and Slovenia, it the largest network of branches in Central Europe. The KBC Group consists of two parts, which enable the high-quality implementation of a comprehensive banking-insurance service: KBC Bank NV (72%) and KBC Insurance NV (28%). In total, the group employs about 21 000 people.
Československá obchodní banka, a.s.
ČSOB was founded in 1964. Until 1989, it focussed primarily on financing foreign trade companies and foreign currency services. Hypoteční banka, a.s.
Českomoravská hypoteční banka, a.s. (ČMHB) has been active since 1994 as the only nation-wide bank specialising in mortgage loans. It was the first Czech bank to obtain a license to operate mortgage transactions, dated 14th September 1995. Based on the use of international experience, it implemented the excellent progressive organisation of its business network and rapidly gained a definite leading position on the Czech mortgage market.
The company's subject of activity is the provision of mortgage loans and related loans, including other banking activities and services required for the performance of mortgage transactions in compliance with the Act on Banks. It also issues mortgage pledge certificates pursuant to a special law.
ČSOB Leasing, a.s.
ČSOB Leasing, a.s. provides the financial leasing of machinery, equipment, manipulation, computing, office and agricultural technologies, and on occasion also real estate leasing. In transportation technology, all modes of transport can be financed.
The quality of leasing services supported by the continual development of leasing products and consistent focus on customer satisfaction has helped ČSOB Leasing create a strong position on the Czech and Slovak leasing markets. ČSOB Penzijní fond Stabilita, a.s.
ČSOB Penzijní fond Stabilita (formerly Českomoravský penzijní fond) is designated for clients over 45 years of age that prefer a shorter saving period, stable yields and the background of the fourth largest pension fund in the country. PF Stabilita is a universal pension fund and provides all types of pensions and other allowances, which a pension fund in the Czech republic may provide. Retirement savings plans with state contributions and tax relief constitute a financial product with above-standard yields and advantages for citizens and employers alike, offering substantial cost savings.
The fund invests the entrusted resources primarily into state bonds and state treasury bills, in order to preserve the conservative investment strategy focussed on the high security of investments and guaranteed yield.

ČSOB Penzijní fond Progres is suitable for younger clients that wish to save over a longer period. This fund offers its clients above-average valorisation within a longer timeframe.
PF Progres is a dynamic company that continually increases its market share and achieves stable, satisfactory financial results. It has been a part of the ČSOB Group since May 2000, thereby raising its financial strength and improving the organisation background of the fund, which has made its services available within a network of selected ČSOB branches. PF Progres offers the gradual saving of money to an individual customer account, the certainty of cautious management of the entrusted resources and the annual contribution of a share in the pension fund's profits. According to the value of the monthly deposit, the customer may obtain a state contribution of up to 1 800 CZK per year.
O.B. Heller, a.s.
O.B. Heller provides financial services in the area of domestic, export and import factoring. This refers to the financing of short-term receivables incurred from the delivery of goods or provision of services on uncovered business loans, based on their assignment to a factoring company. This financial service includes comprehensive receivable administration including reminders and collection, takeover of the risk of customer default and consulting activities leading to the elimination of problematic or irrecoverable receivables.
The company's clients are middle-sized producers, exporters, importers and distributors of mainly consumer goods, primarily textiles, glass and porcelain.
