Damage Liability
By law, each vehicle must possess Road Traffic Act insurance. Damage liability arranged within the MOBILITY insurance covers the damage caused by your vehicle. The insured is thus protected in the case of damage caused while driving a vehicle.
Road Traffic Act insurance options
- 24 mil. CZK in the case of property damage and 44 mil. CZK in the case of health damage,
- 60 mil. CZK in the case of both property and health damage.

Bonuses
We make it advantageous for the vehicles older than 10 years (discount of 20 % from the base rate) and for the regions with low accident frequency (discount of 10 %).
Damage liability insurance counts with bonus-malus system. That means the system takes into account each driver in light of caused traffic accident. For each year without traffic accident caused by insured is discounted bonus of 5 % to the value not exceeding 50 %.
5 % discount is offered for those who have some other insurance concluded with ČSOB Pojišťovna or for those who also conclude traffic accident insurance and 3 % in case of lump-sum payment.
